Eco-lands is a member of the New Zealand branch of "Willing Workers on Organic Farms Association"
We have a family farm near Kaeo and are begining to
implement the proposed Sustainable Land Management
design.
Starting with bare land we wish to build an
environmentally friendly house, glass house for plant
propagation and animal houses.
We are looking for helpers to make this design implementation more enjoyable and interesting. We offer simple living conditions in a friendly family environment with shared family meals. We expect ethusasim and aleast 4 hours participation in daily activities each day.
Wwoofa's could have the opportunity to experience and help develop:
a
mainland island for
ecological bio-diversity enhancement,
forestry; on site indigenous and exotic timber production,
farming; pastoral grazing,
horticulture; gardens and orchards
